We founded Pose Studio in 2025 with a mission to provide a supportive space where everyone can benefit from breath, heat, and mindful movement.

We believe that movement is medicine. Through yoga, pilates and other wellness practices, we help students build strength, reduce stress, and feel their best.

Each class is designed to be a transformative and uplifting experience.

“I love Pose for so many reasons. Aside from the physical space being absolutely gorgeous, the teachers at Pose understand the assignment. I appreciate how every instructor I have had at Pose has encouraged me to deepen my practice to the other aspects of yoga. Also, as someone recovering from an injury and who is currently in a bigger body than I am used to, I have felt so encouraged to take modifications as needed. I have never felt out of place or like I don't belong, nor have I been shamed for being perceived as not working hard during a class. The community at Pose is lovely and I am grateful to be a part of it.
